Project :

We wish to create something that has a very interactive component to it that responds to the user motion. Our current thought is to make an interactive light board. The LED’s would be programmed to make a pattern that would change both in design and in brightness depending on the pitch and tone of a sound that drowns in the background. The sound will be controlled in two manners, one being a series of photocells and the other being a series of switches that will activate varying resistors. The result will be a two handed device, one side that you control much like a keyboard and the other that you float your hand over top to vary the tone. The whole purpose would be to create a fun and interactive device that allowed for visual manipulation.
